Blog_Tutorial get_posts function

Hej,
I tried to do the blog from the tutorial put somehow in my blog_list.php site, it cannot find the get_posts function even though I included the site at the top of the page. I tested the posts.inc.php site in my browser nd also checked the sql and everything seems to be alright. Could you help me? ;D
