Aha. I didnt even need to mess with this one to confuse her.
She literally had to ask 3 other people about a RAM upgrade before one of them told me that they only do it for genuine Apple products and that if i wanted to save £100 then I can get my ram from crucial.com and just do it myself.
Also, she failed at registering the University gift card (the promo for this year) and used up 3 before it actually worked.. :/
/edit. another bad thing; can't use the gift card to get access to developers suite (costs $99 and the voucher is equivalent to $100 yet it wont allow me to. )
