Flash mask for hover

Im not really sure what to call it, but basically i have a 'building' (part of the game im building) and i really need to get it so that only the graphic bit of the image when hovered acts as a hover, whereas currently its the entire movie clip.

Any ideas?
I don't like to brag, but I wasn't circumcised. I was circumnavigated. ;)

Sorry, being a Linux user we are not allowed to use flash :lol:

BetterFlash?... ok that was lame.

I've used flash before...like, 10 years ago :lol: So I have no idea.
