So today my family got fios. That means I have to relearn all my channel numbers
Buuuuut I have much better wifi now! Which means I can:
- back up data (which I think I could already)
- run faster
- use more Internet, so I can now watch the previously mentioned youtubers (smosh, nigahiga, gwatsky, and jacek) on my iPod w/o trouble (maybe a tiny bit sometimes, but on the most part I can)
- I think I have a no ISP, so I May be able to send emails w/ XAMPP now.
- I recognized one of the new wifi things as the "wifi thing" my friend (who has fios) has. His had the WEP code for his network, so I could use that for my DS. So I searched and found my WEP key on my thing. It didn't work.
But I tried the regular password, and that worked. Now I can get wifi on my DS/3DS/WII!
Pretty epic. Best part: I can have multiple desktops running! Which means I can hide what I'm doing (that I'm not supposed to be) MUCH easier than before!
Only problem is that my mom is the admin.
(except I know her password I think. Heehee)
Yeah… it's pretty awesome.
