weird error

Hi there
I'm creating a table inside a database
the table is something like this

simple
- id INT 6 PRIMARY A_I
- cat_id INT 3
- title VARCHAR 255
- contents TEXT
- date_posted as defined 00-00-0000 00:00:00

When I click save i'm getting this annoying error. Missing value in the form! :S
