Forgot password function

Hello,
It would be nice with a "forgot the password" function to the login system that sends the missing password to the e-mail of the corresponding account.

I may be incorrect but:
1) This forum runs on phpBB meaning it is harder to add functions to the forum - although this could be completely wrong.
2) To send the passwords they would have to be stored unencrypted which is obviously not good and as, I presume, they are encrypted you can not get the original back
