It might just be that is does not catch the download that the flash player attempts. You might gave more luck if you try the html5 player. There is an option for that somewhere.

If youtube has blocked you for some reason, there is probably not going to be a solution.

Oh right
that sucks ! What does the government have against tutorials
The best way to get around it would probably to use a simple http proxy instead of that php thing. you will still probably have problems with flash player though

I don't have the video files anymore and it would take far too long for me to upload them anywhere anyway.

Are you not able to just watch them on YouTube, without downloading them?

No, if you've read the topic, YouTube is filtered in his country, and for some reason that means this channel is blocked, apparantly.
I too would simply recommend using a proxy (and then maybe use some program to download the video files yourself?) and hope for the best!

According to YouTube I have had at least one view from every country (that's a slightly crazy statistic !) so it could be ISP block ?
If you have access to a different internet connection, using that might be worth a try

Hi ,
Do anyone can modify this proxy and use flash player in it ?
I don't have access to virtual private network indeed !
At last thanks for your replies ... .

It's not flash that is the problem, it's the url that flash then requests for the video. There is no way to proxy that unless you use a proxy set in your browsers settings.

It varies depending on your browser, just google it.
And you don't need web hosting for anything.
