i am in last part of api tutorial and having a http 400 error on test.php i know its not code problem i am using xamp so i can fix that
400 error on xamp.
it says bad request
Your browser (or proxy) sent a request that this server could not understand
error 400

please help.

It probably is the code. Check the headers in the script that makes the request to the API.
