I searching for some ideas about programming in php ,

I want to work on an intermediate project not very big and not very small !

My css isn't very good i know the css stuff but when I wnat to implement them I can't because I don't know the structure guide me about this structure and some upper intermediate refrence for studying ,

After that tell me project that is good for investigating time I mean worth enough to spend time ,
