Looking for help

Hey, So i've thought of a project. I have it all planned out. But i completely suck at designing.
What I'm looking for here is hopefully somebody who will spend a few hours working on a design for my project idea (the project will only be disclosed to the person who is working on it with me, simply because I don't want to give too much away right now) However, I later on will be looking for people on here to help me beta test this website.
If there is anybody who is skilled at making elegant and stylish websites in Photoshop, please can you message me? It will be incredibly useful and I really do need your help.
