is my profile spam?

i just made some changes in my profile page, and added a small image and a signiture text and link, i read the rules and since in my signiture has just one link (to my online store) i think it is ok, but what about the avatar image?
is it ok?

I just never saw an avatar used as an advert for something so seemingly unrelated.
