XHTML/HTML/CSS

I know your tutorials are about PHP and the site is going to be about PHP but could a XHTML/HTML/CSS section be added because I think it still fits in since PHP is web development too.
I didn't want to add too many categories until the post count was up a bit, but I guess it makes sense
