I'm trying, tonight I have fixed a few bbcode bugs added avatar uploading and am currently trying to get profile settings to be editable probably other things I forgot too. Getting tired though

And i cant wait for the release of all the code, as i will get to use it on my forums too.. phew

Ive actually held off starting them just so i dont have to migrate it over (forums for the game im creating) but, I just hope mods are easy to make and add onto it, or do i need to directly edit source code to get it to work?

The installer is going to have a import phpbb database option. Although everyone will have to reset their password.

mods go in a folder called mods, that’s it. Same for themes.

You know, in PMA, you can export/import a database. So that could be an easy way to transfer everything.

yes, assuming that the field names and table names are the same. THat is an impractical way to build a new forum system since phpbb has like 40 tables which just arent needed

Also, jacek I just want to say there is no point me starting the forum yet anyway since the game isnt even 20% complete yet Its just finished planning and about 60% through designing atm.

Side Note: When i complete the game, i need to decide on Beta testers, i need to know how many people should be a beta tester, and stuff like that, whats your views on that?

As many as you can get, the more testing the better ! Also can I be one ?

Of course, as long as you dont mind using either a not complete version, or getting a dummy facebook account for testing

I can provide the account if you need me to, but since the games first version will be on facebook, might be worth pointing out that it has social interaction such as highscores against friends and such (currently) although that can change.

Jacek, do you have skype or gtalk? I woudl really appreciate your input on the game idea, but since it is covered with NDAs and such i cannot post it freely, but i seem to trust you enough to not require a signing to tell you the details

What kind of game is it? Adventure? RPG? Farmville-style? Strategy?
