Hello to whoever reads this!
I'm looking for someone who can design a really simple html & css layout for a small project I'm doing ( nothing serious ).
I really can't design, at all, and am therefore looking for someone with atleast basic skills in designing.

What I want is something that looks close to the design of this site :

http://d2jsp.org/

I really just need the front page design, the rest I could probably manage on my own.
The most important thing is the global header which has to be roughly the same size and have a similar look.

I am also willing to pay for this ( via paypal ) if its too much work to do it for free.

Please let me know in advance if you want any sort of payment.

That's really vague. I doubt anyone will be able to help you if you don't give more information.

Maybe if you have a PSD of what you want you'll have better luck?

I thought I gave a pretty detailed description considering I gave a link to a website I pretty much want you to copy for me

I'll try and make something later

I tried doing one myself, and it just looks like a pile of junk with fancy text on it...

Thing is, I could't code CSS if my life depended on it.
Something about it just makes it insanely hard for me to learn

Also, I like the design of the site, and if I had a very similar design to work with, I could probably edit it to my likings through trial and error ( and with the help of some friendly people at the interwebz )

haha, i can help you out temor - i love css and coding (this is where I am good at) its the php I can't do.
