I would totally learn it, but I can't see how it gets implemented and actually used.
presumably, you have a file named "grumpycat.php", which is a dynamic image of the grumpy cat meme, being given some caption based off of $_GET['caption']. I have no clue if this is actually possible, but if it is, then you can tell the rest.

I think the LOLCODE is ver intuitive lol
