Another opinion needed on a website..

Hi,
Since I have finished the previous website, I am beginning another.
Its called "MitOki" and it will be used like imgur, but a little less "mainstream" I guess is the word for it.
What I mean by this is, Tumblr-like photos, but not a social network. (I really can't explain this...)
Basically, its just a place where photographers upload their photos and use our links to host the images. (Wow, that was difficult..)
I still haven't decided whether I should sell it or just give it away for free (but with limited accounts if free..). It would be less of a hassle.
Well, here it is:
I will most likely replace the grass with a jQuery slider or something..
If you wanna have a look at my code and whatnot, I have a temporary URL (until I decide on a definite name and domain)
http://helx.pl/sites/MITOKI/
Soooo... Yea. That's what I did today. (I'm getting faster at this
)
I did this with bootstrap, probably one of the first projects I have done that doesn't look like bootstrap.
Let me know what you think, or things I could do better. Any criticism is good

I know, I know, I cheat
I probably will use the CSS to center correctly, but the reason for that is the tremendous amount of fiddling I have to do just to edit the one CSS file that sorta holds all the customization's.
I have to copy what I already have (through cPanel) into Komodo, then edit what I want, then copy all of that into the cPanel file editor that only 1/10 times will actually save when you click "save".
I think I'll setup the native FTP that Komodo supports, but I've been putting that off because of how bad my sites are always being targeted, I've only allowed local FTP access (for cPanel). I am nowhere near where its hosted (Canada, I believe).
And then I have to go through Cloudflare...
(If this made no sense, don't blame me, I've had no sleep for 2+ days
)

My host wasn't too impressed when I was DoS'd for 4 days straight...
Not saying Cloudflare would either, but their ToS is fine with this

Isn't that a little backwards
You should be mad at them for not mitigating it properly.

My host is more of a "DIY" circle. They'll host so long as you do everything by yourself (and pay bills). It affected their networks so they were pissed that it took me 4 days to figure out what was happening..
12 of their emails to me telling me to sort it out were spam filtered :s

I'd be in favor of offering free accounts and, for more money, paid accounts. Charging for access is nice but, as there are free services available that do a similar job to what you're trying to do, you just might find people don't use your service due to a free service being "good enough" although maybe not perfect. "Pro" accounts will be good as they allow you not to have to sell adverts, meaning that you can put the user first
