Problem with Javascript

Hello again guys

I have a problem here and I don't know how to fix it....
Let me try to explain.

I have this site

the very first I made and when I want to try other stuff I use this one.

My problem is that when I click FAQ on the right-hand side of the footer it open the FAQ page but it only shows a bunch of text without any Javascript , and if I click a second time in FAQ it shows how it was supposed to show.

Can you guys help me out?

It seems as if it opens up a clone of the page on top of the page. You should probably look at where you're redirecting / including a page and see if the error lies there.

that is one of the problem. Somestimes I click in a random link and it opens a duplicate index page.
I don't understand much of the script and i'm having problem picking up the error :S
