maybe a link to list them? It being at the top of the site all the time just looks ugly in my opinion.

What would be a more ideal solution, to me anyway, would be to put a link to the latest post in a specific forum, like you see on many sites. I never understood why phpBB was different in this by default.

well, see… i want to have a "recent posts" thing on the index page (not that any one every does anything…).
however, i haven't been able to put the code into the index page with the right code cuz someone (*cough cough*) wouldn't help me!


now i have the easy/lazy way to do it! :)
now i just want to know how to put that into the index page.
