Server Install

I'd really like to see videos on how to set up a server. I have no idea how to do it and would love to learn. Any good resources out there?

I would like to do some Linux things at some point and this would be a good first thing

I'd like to see it done on a linux server. With apache / mysql / php and with no panels.... hmm something kind of like exactly what you did for me.

Oh yeah, plus email installation. All that would be cool stuff to know how to do and if I had to do it myself I would have no idea where to start.
