24 hour clock

Can we have a 24 hour clock time for last posts instead of showing am and pm?
Don't know about you but i've always worked with a 24 hour clock and seeing it in 12 hour format just makes me want to shout at the screen and say "its 15:50 not 3:50pm" lol.
