File Download Script in PHP

I am looking for a file download php script in your video list but i havent found any tutorial that you made.. then I google,, and found this http://www.zubrag.com/scripts/download.php .. can you make a video tutorial for this script? I dont know how to install and configure it in my server database.. I actually want to let my visitors to download mkv and mp4 video files in my site using the download script.. thanks in advance,, ^_^

Maybe, I have done a lot of things with file downloads though so it would be a bit too similar.

Please help I'm trying to incorporate your progress bar into a way to click on a link and show progress while either downloading or loading file.... this is the only forum i found that delt with downloads sorry if its the wrong one.

I know its better to watch a video (because you can't copy/paste ) but I could only find an article.

And in future, create a new thread rather than bring back old ones (unless you are bheibheqoh?)
