How I solved this a problem?

That is okay if the server is not running, keep watching I'll explain how to hide it. If the server is running, post your code

Sorry, my english isn't good..
The code is equal to the code minequery..
The ip my server is 69.30.202.82 the port query 25566.
In the configuration of server.properties is query-port:25566 and minequery-por:25566
