Post by bowersbros »

Hey, I hope you guys can help me.

I need a list of all the types of video there are on YouTube

Here's what I have so far:

Tutorials
Blog
Unboxing
Showing off
Music

Blog covers reviews, comedy etc.
Showing off is like.. peoples skills etc

Also, dont mention cat videos :P

Thanks :D

Animal videos in general are quite a big part of youtube :P

Also, sports.

Well, its for a website that will feature people with less than.. say, 5,000 subscribers or whatever.

So, sports like Football etc, wouldnt be featured on it.

Also, if there is any, like freestyle football. That would come under 'Showing off'

and also, animal videos.. Well, again this is for a website which is featuring videos with meaning. Animal videos, although cute, are pointless :P

I was thinking more extreme-sports-ish.
There are a bunch of people filming themselves doing crazy things on ski's and whatnot.
Maybe that falls under showing off though.

Freestyle football o_O What is that? Doing those tricks or...?

But ye, I'd rather see crazy skiing/snowboard stunts than anything that includes a ball

Call of duty style ones would come under showing off.
Making would come under tutorial
Review would come under blog

Is there any other type of gaming?
