Login script compatible with user profiles

Hi,

Can you please make a tutorial on how to make a login script compatible with the user profiles tutorial? I'm working on a new social network and I've succesfully created user profiles, but now I need to know how to let the login work.

Let's say, my user id is 23. When I login, I have to be redirected and I should have admin rights. When I visit somebody else his/her profile, for example my mothers profile, which has the id 65, I should not have enough rights to just edit things.

Sorry but I won't be doing this one. The two components are there, the job of connecting them is not mine

Plus, the tutorials are not really meant to be used to create a full website.

I still want to do a project though, the one I have planned will cover what you are asking for. Don't expect it any time soon though.
