If you guys want to get super technical, it could be argued that we are not thinking up the text either. We are thinking up the words which the text (belonging to no one), displays in a visible form to the human eye. We have very little to do here.

But no one likes details like that!

I think the text belongs to me... I checked the contract for my server, it says I am the legal owner of all data stored on the HDD.

Ahh, but can you truly claim ownership of pixels?

The data sure, but the text itself; well that is just different coloured pixelation appearing on each individuals screen who happens to see it.

good job you don't allow people to upload stuff then eh ;) you would have to put a disclaimer on saying you are not blah blah for uploaded stuff.. basically so u cant get done haha like im going to have to do on my website haha

You can upload attachments.

And you can still be prosecuted if you know the contents exists and do not remove it.
