Variable variables

I saw somewhere something about variable variables (I know descriptive), so I looked it up. Didn't get much help.
Can you do a video on it?

I have comprehensive failures sometimes. PHP was easier to learn visually than textually for me.
I read that, but couldn't really understand it.
