That's what they do and then when you look away they run towards you/teleports to you.

Did you look at them and then look away? I think they spawn on peaceful but don't attack so if you have on peaceful go on easy

The only problem is that the terrain does not line up at the border between 1.7 and 1.8 chunks Maybe that will be fixed when the full version comes out. I also love the new lightning, you don't need as many torches to feel "safe" anymore :lol: I've also had some encounters with Endermen! ...
