I think this isn't necessary, you can always check your code during the tutorials to see if they function correctly. And having the code posted would just make people come here to copy-paste and not actually type the code themselves.

I guess you would have to spend thousands to get a decent increase in users. Depends on what currency you're using I used 2.000 SEK (190 GBP) and I did get a serious increase in both active users and views on the forum I ran a while back. You just have to target the right audience with your keyword...
