The main problem is I get an invalid Post ID when I run blog_read.php

I tried reading up on all previous posts about this and none of them have worked for me. I'm not sure if I'm correct on this but I need to be able to get to http://localhost/blog/blog_read.php?pid=1 when i run blog_read.php but i'm not. Can I add on to the init and user php files when adding the blog section to my site. I already have the register/login working.

As of now I have an index where my website is set up, simple website layout in dreamweaver. Do the user and init files would go in the same directory as my index file? How does the include function work? As of now I have the files in my E driver, so would I just direct it to where the files doing ? ...

I was following your tutorial on making a register and login and I was wondering how I could implement it to my site. I'm fairly new to html/php. As of now I only have a login system working with my website.
