Where abouts is php.ini? I want to change some settings but I have no idea where it is :L My webhost uses cPanel if you need to know that.

It's probably somewhere on the server where you can't access it.
Set it in the PHP file?

Depending on your hosting, you may not be able to edit the actual file itself.

Frequently, however, in the cPanel there is a tab or button or what have you which says "PHP Configuration" or "PHP Settings" or something to that nature. In there you can view and change the applicable PHP settings which you are allowed to change.

Well I want to set error_reporting to E_ALL
