I really don't like posts like these, for obvious reasons, but if you care to elaborate on your post a bit or answer these questions I'd consider leaving it.
Exactly what kind of "Coders" do you need, and for what? Will there be compensation involved or is this all just good will and / or charity? Will you / are you expecting to make money of off this? Are you the Lead Developer or " The Lead Developer " i.e will you just call the shots or actually do coding stuffs?
Finally, is this an attempt to get work done for your own project for free ?
I'll give you a day or two to come back here and edit your post before I delete it.
