you are blindly redirecting everything, you could do something like

RewriteRule (.*)\.html http://mobile.melekapart.com/ [R,L]

Thanks but this one doesn't redirect to mobile version when you type in melekapart.com on mobile.

You could try matching anything that does not end with an image extension I guess.
