A 'Test Yourself' Section.

Post by salrathor1 »

Hey Jacek,

I was just thinking it'd be a nice to have a test yourself section. i.e. a section where you give script concepts and others have to code them for practice purposes. People can then post their code and maybe have logic corrected by others.

This is something which would probably help me a lot. I've learnt a lot of theory but i'm lacking on the ideas of what to script. The only script i've written from scratch so far is a simple addition script where the users have to add two random numbers and input the answer.

Anyways, what i'm thinking is a page with a list of tasks.
- Create an addition script that compares the answer to user input.
- etc.

What does everybody think?

This sounds like a pretty good idea to be honest.
Seems to be a good complement to the tutorials.

That is a pretty good idea, it could be made into some sort of game too which might make it a bit more fun.

I will have a think about what I can come up with.
