Home remedy

Post by Temor »

Can anyone tell me any good home-remedies for the flu ( 39.4ºc fever ) and stomach sickness? ( I cant eat or drink, at all... )
The doctors told me this could last for over a week and since I cant drink, I cant take any medications.

So I'm asking you, oh mighty non-existent community, if there is anything you can think about that I can do to try and ease this?

Best regards.

Put something cold on your head. Just lie down with some ice or whatever cold you can think of.

Wrapped some icecubes in a towel. Will lay down in bed now, thanks for the tip.

What i do is:

1) Drink tonic (tastes gross but is good for you)
2) Eat alot of vegetables and fruit (to get vitamins to hopefully help my antigens and antibodies work.
3) rest / sleep. I usually wrap myself in a blanket as well as a duvet in the hope i 'sweat it off'
I don't like to brag, but I wasn't circumcised. I was circumnavigated. ;)

Sip gingerale if you have it, I would imagine you would. its light on your stomach and will come up easier then acidic things.
Never Drink Orange Juice with flu. Going down is fine coming back up omg like gasoline.
