I don't particularly care how many view / subscribers / members / likes / tweets etc etc I get
But if its something people would like to see I will see if there is a way it can be done simply.

Re: question about php and sql
Well do you need the user to be able to edit the random number ? If not you could just use the SQL...
[syntax=sql]INSERT INTO `table` (`post_code`, `random`) VALUES ('{$post_code}', {$rand});[/syntax]
ie, generating the random number in the backend only,

Re: Forum software
The problem with this is that it's a fairly huge project, and would not really deal with anything new.
Also
forum = blog + account system
so I sort of already have that.

Learn to use your middle mouse button
I think we will have to have a vote on this, I personally prefer websites not to keep opening tabs.

It's a little strange but within the rules.
I should say your profile can be used for sensible advertising actually... *goes to change it*

Re: Favicon!
I see your point, but for now (until we get set up properly) I'm not going to stress over it.
We are still using the default phpbb theme for one thing, that has to be addressed first. Well it is very slightly modified version to be fixed width, but looks default.

That looks pretty good
To be honest, for something so small it's not worth being so picky over it

Re: Favicon!
Thanks so much for doing that !
http://shiftrage.org/favicons/favi3.ico this one is pretty much perfect.
If its not too much trouble though, could you try the text centred, and perhaps a little darker.
